SwedeTrack

The SwedeTrack is developed for positioning an object via GPS, while being hidden. The unit is suitable for installation in objects like cars and boats which then can be tracked in the event of theft. Subscriptions are available where the position is presented on a map on an Internet website.

Casing:

The SwedeTrack is a complete unit developed for positioning of objects. The small exterior measurements of the casing make it suitable for hidden installation in cars, boats, jetskis, etc. The SwedeTrack’s IP casing will withstand being installed in a damp environment. The installation is simple with just antenna, power supply and possibly sensors needing to be connected.


Inputs and Output:


When an input is triggered, the unit will send an SMS to a pre-defined recipient. Various sensors can be used to get early warning, e.g. magnetic sockets for theft attempts liquid-level switch for increasing of water level. Several sensors can also be connected together.
The output is controlled via SMS and can be used to switch connected equipment on and off.


Battery back-up:

The SwedeTrack has an internal battery back-up and monitor for external power supply. Message is sent by SMS in case of power failure or low battery voltage. The back-up battery will ensure surveillance approx. 48 hours after external power failure.


GPS

The unit is equipped with GPS and zone alarm will alert if the object is moved more than a pre-configured distance from the original position, e.g. 200 meters. The alert will be in form of a text message.
ComLink is cooperating with companies specialising in different types of maps, both for the Internet as well as larger “stand alone” applications. Subscriptions can be bought where the current position is presented on a map and continuously updated. Longitudes and latitudes can also be collected form the unit via SMS, free of charge.
