Alarm Viewer - Alarm reception

AlarmViewer is a programme developed to handle the basic needs for alarm reception on a PC.

The programme supports up to four parallel recipients on different COM-ports.

Example of recipients:
- GSM-modems, e.g the MultiModem V3.
- RBM-600
- RSM-02

The Alarm Viewer is a 'passive' programme, which means that the alarms can not be forwarded, they can only be viewed on the screeen or printed.

If forwarding is required, the programme works together with  Nimbus Alarm Server, where several different recipient types can be defined. The alarms can be sent to parallel or sequential recipients and according to different 'alarm route profiles' which can be configured by the user.
